Products
Add, edit and delete products. Changes save automatically on this device.
📁 Bulk product image upload
First choose the category and optional sub-category. Then choose one folder containing many product folders. Each product folder name becomes its Product code, and the text file inside becomes its Product name.
Example: Products / NA001 / NA001.jpg + product-name.txt. A plain TXT file may contain only the product name. JSON and CSV metadata remain supported as optional advanced formats.

🔄 Import AK Flash partner catalogue
Imports the prepared English catalogue in one operation, creates its main and sub-categories automatically, and maps the products to NAYA codes beginning with NA001. Existing products with the same NAYA code are updated; all other products remain untouched.
Product images remain linked to the partner's public image library, so the catalogue can be imported without uploading 1,857 images manually.
🇦🇪 Import MTC National Day catalogue
Imports the current MTC National Day collection in one operation, creates the main and sub-categories automatically, and continues the NAYA sequence from NA398 through NA437. Existing products with matching NAYA codes are updated; all other products remain untouched.
Product images remain linked to MTC's public image library. The original MTC item code is retained as a supplier reference while the store displays the assigned NAYA code.
🗑 Delete products or categories
Delete one product, a sub-category with all its products, or a main category with everything inside it. Every action asks for confirmation.
Add product
Main appears first. Hover replaces it when a visitor moves the mouse over the product card.
Categories
These appear as the main tabs in the top menu. Edit names and icons, or add new ones.
Quote Requests
Customer quotation requests submitted from the cart. Update their status, contact the customer on WhatsApp, or delete completed records.
Banners & Slider
Upload images for the homepage slider and banners. Optionally link each banner to a product (type its code) or to any URL — visitors who click the banner go straight there.
Featured media popup
Show an image or video when visitors open the website. Add an optional product, main category, or external link.

🎠 Hero slides (top slider)
Each slide can have an image, a marketing sentence, a button label and a 🔗 link. On phones the image hides and the sentence shows on a blue background. Up to 8 slides.

Reviews
Reviews submitted by visitors on this device appear here. Approve them to show on the Contact page, or add one manually.
Newsletter subscribers
Consent-based subscribers with their name, company, interests, consent date and signup source. Campaign emails continue to include an unsubscribe link.
📲 WhatsApp subscribers
Customers who left their WhatsApp number to receive your latest products — use them with the 💬 WhatsApp catalog tool.
Email campaigns
Write a newsletter and send it to all subscribers. Every email includes your branding, featured products, and an unsubscribe link.
⚙ Email delivery settings (SMTP / Brevo)
Configure one delivery method, save it, then press “Test server email”. The password and API key are stored only in the protected server data folder.

Sent campaigns
Page texts & contact details
Edit the wording of the Services page, the About page, and the contact details on the Contact page. Clear a field and save to restore the original text.
⚙ Store settings
Turn this OFF to show prices with cart totals and 5% VAT. Products with price 0 will still show "Price on request".
Shows products marked NEW (tick "New" in the product editor). If none are marked, the latest added products appear.
Upload each box image in Banners ("Catalogue box 1-4") and set its 🔗 link — e.g. your PDF catalogue URL.
Pick which categories show as featured rows (in this order). Leave all unchecked for automatic — the most-stocked categories.
📢 WhatsApp Channel
Paste your channel link — a floating "Join our WhatsApp Channel" button appears above the chat button. Leave empty to hide it.
🌐 Social media links (footer icons)
Paste each profile link — icons appear in the footer; without a link the icon shows but is not clickable.
Backup
Export everything (products, categories, banners, reviews) to a file, or import a backup. Send the export file to your developer to publish changes for all visitors.
